The pictures on the left were used to make the finished picture on the right using Adobe Photoshop.

The toy gun was removed from the guy's hand and the silver gun was put in it's place.

The guy's shorts were changed and the background was removed. All were placed into the alien picture and the colors were changed in the background and the aliens right arm was removed.
